During spring and summer, the bottom floor has these huge glass doors that open up to the street and you get the chill breeze without the DC heat.
Perfect weather to watch football (soccer) matches they have on a giant tv screen while you enjoy your “balde de cerveza” (six-pack of beer on ice, which you can mix and match).
