What does my investment include?
Different restaurants will have slightly different needs, but they all have access to the features needed to get more direct orders. Every plan includes a website, online ordering, graphic + web design services on-demand, a branded app, Google Business page management, access to a fleet of delivery drivers, email/sms marketing campaign, and support.
How much time do I have to commit?
All contracts are mont-to-month, cancel any time.
But keep in mind that this business always changes and every month has new challenges.

Do I need to stop using 3rd-party apps?
Keep using the other apps as long as they’re bringing you new business. But it doesn’t make sense to have repeat customers order from a platform that just hosts your menu and keeps charging you 25% to 30% from customers who already know and love you.
Drive that traffic to order directly from you, so you actually own your customer data to retarget them yourself.
How long does it take to get started?
We know you’re busy with a dozen moving responsibilities, but if you’re good about honoring our time commitments to get the required information, we can have you up and selling in under a week.
What we need from you:
- Restaurant details (legal name, tax id, contact)
- Owner details (legal name, address, contact)
- Menu prices and photos
- Brand (visual preference) details
Sensitive information such as tax id and owner ssn isn’t stored on our servers, but Stripe, our credit card processing partner, have stellar security features.
We do, however, have to make sure your tablet and thermal printer are compatible with our software. If not, we’ll order it ourselves and as soon as it gets delivered, it’ll be ready to plug-n-play.
What if I need to make menu changes?
You have full control of your menu with a downloadable app where you can toggle menu items on/off for as long as you need and access to a comprehensive reports dashboard that records every transaction.
How do I get paid?
Upon the successful registration of your Stripe.com account, you will get an automatic deposit to the registered bank account every seven days.
How often can I switch my plan?
Barriofied offers you the flexibility no other major player is willing to do, and that’s to let you decide how much you want to pay in commission.
However, it does take some time to reconfigure the backend payment process to get you accurate payouts.
You can switch your plan once a month up until the second-to-last day of your subscription period.
Who handles refund requests?
Hangry customers happen, and oftentimes it’s outside of your direct control. While we do our best to pair your deliveries with top-rated drivers, in the case of refund requests, we will handle it on our end at no additional cost or loss to you.
How did you come up with your pricing?
Barriofied has done the hard work of curating and organizing technologies to provide you with the ideal software and hardware stack specifically for restaurants.
So, whether you’re making few or many sales, we still have operating costs.
Therefore, the combination of flat and commission rates gives us both a safety net to cover the overhead necessary to provide you with stellar service and for you to provide for your customers.
And unlike the big food order apps, our long-term objective is to take less of your sales as you continue to grow.
Yes, our commission fees decrease, but both of our revenues grow.
